Jiading Industrial Zone, with an area
of 24.8 square kms, is one of the earliest
city-level industrial zones approved by Shanghai
Municipal People's Government. The Malu Park
in the zone is newly opened up, covering 7.5
square kms where a network of road,rain-water,
sewage, tap water, electricity, tele-communication
and gas lines have come into being. As the
extension of Shanghai Pudong, the Malu Park
of Jiading Industrial Zone enjoys the same
preferrential policies and various favourable
